In this NCBTMB approved in-person course you will gain an understanding of Sarga Silk alignment and wrapping methods, will be able to perform Sarga Bodywork techniques for both posterior and anterior applications and will learn a full body 90-min sequence on floor & raised massage tables simultaneously.
Please note there are 2 full days in between 101 + 102. Saturday and Sunday Vitalize Studio is in use and we will reconvene for 102 on Monday, April 22nd if you are registering for both courses.

In this advanced, in-person course students will learn a new set of techniques to add to their existing Sarga Bodywork repertoire on raised massage tables. In addition, it will revisit some of the applications in our SARGA TABLE 1 course (aka 101), but with more detail and attention to the nuances of proper technique and body mechanics. Includes lifetime access to the Sarga 102 Online course and access to a private Facebook group for ongoing course support.
*Both courses are ala carte. No food, lodging, or transport included. However, linens and all equipment will be provided for class.
