Raven is born and raised on Oʻahu and has been practicing massage in Hawaiʻi for 4 years. She enjoys the mostly peaceful lifestyle as a bodyworker and always wanted a career that involved giving back to her community. 

Raven is dedicated to refining her skills and is fascinated by the human body’s ability to heal itself. She incorporates a therapeutic blend of modalities such as deep tissue, fire cupping, trigger point therapy and Sarga Bodywork, which is a barefoot practice created in Hawai’i. Sarga Bodyworks is a myofascial technique that utilizes a silk fabric, that is secured to the table and creates a tensional support to deliver broad, deep and oblique pressure. Each session in tailored to create a unique treatment for each individual. Raven specializes in pain management from acute and chronic conditions while aiming to regulate the parasympathetic nervous system, also known as the “rest and digest” functions of the body.
