OPTION 1 | PHYSICAL GIFT CARD:

For a Physical Gift Card > Fill out the form below > Your Practitioner will follow up with an emailed invoice through SQUARE > You may choose to PICK UP or we can MAIL to you or the gift card recipient. Most local clients choose this method.

2. Include a SHIPPING ADDRESS. There are TWO options: We can mail to you or to the recipient.

3. CHOOSE SERVICE & PRACTITIONER. Your practitioner will follow up with an electronic SQUARE INVOICE sent to your email provided. You may pay for the gift card securely online, at your leisure.

   • Because Amy is booking so far out gift card purchases are recommended with Raven & Malia so clients may book more seamlessly.

4. GRATUITY is not expected. You may choose to include it or not.

5. TAX Hawaii State law restricts us from charging GET (tax) on services unrendered. Please note that loading the Gift Card with a dollar/service amount still leaves the recipient to pay the tax on date of service.

6. SHIPPING + HANDLING - Please allow delay time around major holidays (i.e, Mother’s Day, Christmas).

7. NO IN PERSON - PICK UP without an APPOINTMENT OR COMMUNICATION. We will mail out your Gift Card on the following business day, once payment is received, or as soon as we are physically back in office. Please allow 3-5 business days to reach you - expect delays around major holidays. We only allow pick up at The Manoa House at the door when confirmed, paid, expressly communicated - because we are usually in session. If you have an appointment we can help you at checkout!

8. PRICING & REDEMPTION. We will honor the price of the gift card purchased within 2 years of issuance in paper form to recipient. We are required by law to pay customers back the remaining value of a gift certificate in cash if the gift certificate has a balance of less than $5.00. Service prices increase annually and any remainder due can be closed out at time of checkout on date of service.
