HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Fill out INFO below.

  2. Include a SHIPPING ADDRESS. There are TWO options: We can mail to you or to the recipient.

  3. CHOOSE SERVICE & PRACTITIONER. Your practitioner will follow up with an electronic SQUARE INVOICE sent to your email provided. You may pay for the gift card securely online, at your leisure. PLEASE NOTE* - ALL GC’s are purchased with Allyson Cook or Raven Moss.

  4. GRATUITY is not expected. You may choose to include it or not.

  5. Hawaii State law restricts us from charging GET (tax) on services unrendered. Please note that loading the Gift Card with a dollar/service amount still leaves the recipient to pay the tax on date of service. We appreciate your understanding. If you decided to include gratuity we will deduct the HI GE tax from the tip amount, so that the recipient has ZERO BALANCE due.

  6. SHIPPING + HANDLING - costs applied on invoice. Please allow delay time around major holidays (Christmas especially).

  7. NO IN PERSON - PICK UP without an APPOINTMENT OR COMMUNICATION. We will mail out your Gift Card on the following business day, once payment is received, or as soon as we are physically back in office. Please allow 3-5 business days to reach you - expect delays around major holidays. We only allow pick up at The Manoa House at the door when confirmed, paid, expressly communicated - because we are usually in session. If you have an appointment we can help you at checkout!

  8. PRICING. We will honor the price of the gift card purchased through January 31st, 2024. 2024 prices will increase and any remainder due can be closed out at time of checkout on date of service.
