Formerly known as Sarga Table 1 this is the starting point for learning Sarga Bodywork's signature barefoot myofascial massage techniques. This retreat takes place in Todos Santos, Mexico. Instructor will be bring all of Sarga’s unique equipment on site to facilitate a creative, efficient, and completely mobile application of these techniques.
In this in-person course you will gain an understanding of Sarga Silk alignment and wrapping methods, will be able to perform Sarga Bodywork techniques for both posterior and anterior applications and will learn a full body 90-min sequence on raised massage tables.

Formerly known as Sarga Table 2, this course has more techniques and moves! In this advanced, in-person course students will learn additional new moves and wrappings to add to their existing Sarga Bodywork repertoire on raised massage tables. In addition, it will revisit some of the applications in our SARGA TABLE 1 course, but with more detail and attention to the nuances of proper technique and body mechanics. Includes lifetime access to the Sarga 102 Online course and access to a private Facebook group for ongoing course support
